We have now completed the One-of-a-Kind, 100% Hand-Rolled, Button-Tufted Italian Leather interior for the rare 1934 Cadillac!

This Cadillac has been upgraded to become one stylish and elegant ride, with many accessories. Old World meets New World, as this classic vehicle also includes the following tech features: Two TV's, Front & Rear A/C Units, Auto-Interior Dimming, Auto-Loc, Auto-Start, Automatic Climate Control, Keyless Entry, Power Windows, Alarm System, Plug-n-Play Gaming System (for the kiddos), One-Inch Thick Daytona Weave Carpet with Sound Deadener, All ABS Interior Panel Fabrication & Construction, Leather Dash, Sentinel Headlight System, and a 1200 Watt Stereo System.

Bench Seating in Hand-Tufted Italian Leather.

Its a rainy, dreary day in the foothills of the Brushy Mountains, here in North Carolina. The rain is literally coming down in sheets!...but we are warm and dry inside our shop, working away on this 1934 Cadillac.
We are well into the last phases of the interior. The Back Bench Seat turned out beautifully, as you can see above. The seats were crafted in deep hand-tufted Italian Leather in Vanilla.

The photos below display the Back Bench Seat, and the Middle Row Fold Down Seating.

Hello everyone! Here are a few updates on our 1934 Cadillac Build...we have added the floor mats with Italian Leather Trim, as you can view on the Left...Below are some more shots of the mats in the rear of the Cab. We have started the foundation for the Door Panels, as seen below. Each panel is made with ABS Board and expertly molded to fit each door section. Please continue to check back to view the upcoming upholstery!
Next up...Seats!

We have installed the DVD Player/TV into the Headliner & Top area of the 1934 Cadillac. Ultrasuede surrounds the equipment to provide enjoyment for the passengers!
Next we will be working on the walls/panels of the interior cab area, so please check back for updates.

Allen sewing out Ultrasuede Headliner

Beginning at the top, we are now working on the headliner for the '34 Cadillac.

Here you can see Allen sewing the Ultrasuede material piece by piece for a beautiful headliner.

The pictures below show the brackets for the DVD Player and the Dome Lighting. Next are pictures of the Headliner Installation in Process. The Dome Light has been attached. The DVD Player and trim will be attached at a later date. Check back for updates as this custom interior is being built.

Door Panel Tear Down 1934 Cadillac

Here are a few pictures of the Tear Down Process in the auto upholstery reconstruction of the 1934 Cadillac.
This picture shows the Passenger Door Panel area of the interior after the seating, carpeting, headliner and door panel upholstery and hardware were carefully removed.
This process takes longer than you might think....The wood on this door panel dates back to 1934, so great care is taken to preserve the "skeleton" or framework of this antique auto.

Well here she is....after a long wait....she is complete!!! We apologize for the long wait, but as you will see...it was sooooo worth it! This vehicle has been transformed from an amazing restoration to a one-of-a-kind futuristic cockpit! We hope you enjoy the pictures below showing this stunning new interior!

Partial installation of the Dakota Digital Cruise Control system has begun, along with partial design and fabrication of the Dakota Digital HVAC controls. We have completed the hard-mounting & programming of the cruise control Servo Module & ran the throttle cable with linkage installed.
Due to all the components this new dash assembly system will require, building must begin from the firewall and continue to the face of the dash. We must build in partial installs as we work our way to the outward-facing digital instruments including the cluster gauge, HVAC controls, double din navigation system, push-button automatic transmission drive system, cruise control, push button start, keyless entry and an assortment of high-tech Billet push button controls.
These changes require we go through the entire wiring system of the vehicle, eliminating all unnecessary circuits and upgrading the wiring to accommodate the capacity of the new load requirements. We are off to a great start, but have quite a way to go yet!...We are definitely in "elbow deep" and are working towards the light at the end of the tunnel!!!
The next stage of this build will be to fabricate two more control panels, one for digital gauges and one for the remote, fuse box, & keyless entry system with all remote accessories...
Stay tuned as we work our way towards fabrication of the new dash and console with overhead control systems.

1972 Volvo 1800 Sport Wagon

We completed the Interior for the '72 Volvo 1800 Sport Wagon this week and it looks Beautiful! We are so pleased with the contrasting colors of the Bright White Italian Leather and the Deep Black Piping Trim, Black Double-Stitching & the Black Mercedes Loop Carpeting!
This little project was challenging, but we enjoyed every minute of it!
